Hello! My name is Victoria. I'm the CEO of Goldzone, leading a small group of companies in the Education, Consulting, Health Care, Tech, and Investment sectors.

My passion is helping people realize their visions and build dream careers and world-class businesses.

I'm an impact investor, entrepreneur, and champion of the richness of traditional Chinese philosophy and culture.

After a nine-year stint in finance, helping individuals and entrepreneurs secure their futures, I followed my heart. I transitioned to a company focused on personal and professional development.

In 2010, I strategically moved to acquire a company and secure a $2 million, exclusive ten-year license to distribute Goldzone's Advanced Leadership Curriculum within Singapore.

I renewed the license for another decade, expanding across the Asia Pacific region. I then accepted the CEO role, leading the Group's mission worldwide.

Goldzone's offerings seamlessly merge the best Eastern and Western leadership philosophies into a comprehensive performance management system. This resonates with and pays homage to traditional Asian values.

As an avid learner, I delve into Conscious Leadership, Wushu, and Chinese philosophy.

I firmly believe in merging age-old wisdom with contemporary science and international perspectives to enable leaders to effectively overcome challenges and expedite results.

Born in Singapore, I have a global perspective, travel frequently, assimilate the finest international practices, and adapt them to local contexts.
